Account and guidance

Student access is provided by Amplexo after the family contracts the service and the guardian is verified. Keep the password safe and notify the team if you suspect misuse. The family can follow learning with the team, respecting the student's privacy and development.

Content and conduct

Lessons and materials are intended for authorized study. Do not redistribute protected materials, try to access other people's accounts or use the service for harassment, discrimination or disclosure of personal data. Statutory rights and exceptions remain valid.

Help and reports

If a lesson is incorrect, inaccessible or inappropriate, contact the team through the channel below or the request center. Provide the lesson address and a brief description without reproducing images or abusive materials. Children should also speak to an adult they trust.

Contracting and family rights

Price, duration, contracted access and payment conditions must be provided when contracting. For cancellation, withdrawal, refunds or disputes, contact Amplexo. These terms of use do not replace the educational contract or reduce mandatory consumer rights, including those applicable in the family's country.

Personal data

Read the privacy information and learn about external media providers and the channels for exercising your rights.

Availability and changes

The platform may require maintenance. The team must communicate changes relevant to contracted access and assist the family if problems occur. Changing these terms does not authorize new purposes for using data.
